acceptance

By using devopsellence, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

the service

devopsellence is a deployment control plane for building, publishing, and operating containerized applications across managed or customer-controlled runtime environments.

accounts and access

• You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account, API tokens, bootstrap tokens, and connected identity-provider accounts.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You must promptly notify us if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

acceptable use

You may not use devopsellence to do any of the following:

• Break the law or violate the rights of others.
• Interfere with, probe, or bypass security or rate limits for the service or other users.
• Access data, environments, or secrets that you are not authorized to access.
• Deploy malware, abusive workloads, credential-harvesting systems, or unlawful content.
• Use trial or shared runtime resources for denial-of-service activity, cryptomining, bulk abuse, or benchmark-style resource exhaustion.

your applications and content

• You keep ownership of your code, images, secrets, data, and other content.
• You grant us the limited rights needed to host, transmit, scan, sign, store, and operate that content to provide the service.
• You are responsible for the legality, security, and operation of the workloads you deploy.

service changes

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Some features may be marked experimental, preview, or beta and may change more quickly.

fees

If we offer paid plans, pricing, limits, billing intervals, and any plan-specific terms will be presented at purchase or on the pricing surface that applies to your account.

suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created security or abuse risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or if continued operation would expose devopsellence or others to harm.

disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect security, or that the service will be fit for every workload or compliance use case.

limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, devopsellence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service or these terms.

privacy

Your use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Policy.

changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date.
